Cancellation & return policy
Cancellation Policy -:
- Under the cancellation policy of jstrend.com, We do not approve cancellation of the order requested on the day of the delivery.
- Cancellation request would be approved only if the order has not been dispatched.
- There will be no cancellation request approved for certain products.
- Jewellery products that come onboard on special occasions like EID, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year etc or sale will not necessarily have ‘cancel my order’ option.
- In case if the customer has not received the order and in order summary it shows the order has been ‘received’ please connect with our customer care services through email, what’s app or contact number +919162485001. Our customer care services will look after the matter immediately.
Return Policy -:
- We serve the most hassle-free online shopping experience for gorgeous women. We ensure our customers receive the same product they ordered in a good condition and reaches at your doorstep on time.
- Our jewellery products are trendy and available for all age type, you can return it if the delivered product is not the same as shown in the images.
- We provide convenience of refund if the product you received is damaged and not in a fresh situation. You can immediately connect with our customer care for a refund or exchange.
- Return Pickups for your jewellery product will be done for free of cost from our side.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the attached account within 3-4 working days. Once the cancellation request has been initiated.
- Jewellery product without the receipt or the price tags will not be accepted for return.
- There could be a delay for the return product pickup, due to season changes or a lot of return requests, in such a case we request you to be patient and corporate.
- There could be 3-5 days of delay in return product pickup in some cases.
